Product Overview
PET wrapping film roll is a flexible packaging film made from biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET). Excellent tensile strength, high transparency, stable dimensional stability.
Available thickness:
12μm – 50μm.Available Roll Sizes:
Width: 30cm/43cm/50cm/60cm/70cm/76cm/80cm/100cm/110cm or customized, Length: 1m/2m/3m/5m/8m/10m/20m/50m/100m/120m/150m/200m or customizedWidely used for gift wrapping, flower wrapping, box outer wrapping, bundling, cosmetic set packaging, gift box overwrap and printed decorative film.
Supports CMYK, spot color printing, hot stamping, matte/gloss varnishing, anti-scratch coating.
Supplied in custom roll width, roll length and core size, also in custom flat sheet. Suitable for automatic wrapping machines and manual packaging.

Outstanding Mechanical Strength
High tensile and tear resistance. Not easy to stretch or break during high-speed machine wrapping. Low elongation, keeps dimension stable after printing and converting.
Excellent Printing Performance
Smooth and uniform film surface. Good ink adhesion, supports high-definition rotogravure printing. Fine lines, logos and gradient artwork can be produced sharply.
Versatile Surface Options
Clear glossy PET for bright vibrant look; matte PET for soft premium non-glare finish. Anti-scratch and anti-static coating available upon request.
Good Temperature & Chemical Resistance
Resistant to common temperature fluctuation. Low moisture absorption, will not easily deform in normal humid environment.
Flexible Application
Suitable for printed decorative wrapping for gift boxes, perfume, cosmetics, wine sets and premium retail goods. Compatible with automatic roll-fed wrapping equipment.

Ink peeling / poor adhesion
Surface corona treatment applied before printing. Ink adhesion test performed on actual PET film during sampling.
Film wrinkles during printing or rewinding
Precise tension control system on printing and slitting machines. Stable winding to avoid creases.
Static issue causing dust attraction
Anti-static coating optional for dusty production environment.
Color difference between batches
Pre-production film proof approval. Inline color inspection during mass printing.
Uneven roll winding, edge offset

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Each roll wrapped with protective PE film + hard paper core caps. Rolls packed in 5-layer reinforced cartons or palletized. Prevent surface scratches. Store and transport in dry, ventilated warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat, which may cause film aging. Do not drop or impact rolls. Stack height ≤1.5m to prevent roll deformation and edge damage. Pallet packaging available for sea and air export shipments. Provide compliant material certificates for customs clearance and EU PPWR declaration. Inspect rolls upon arrival. 24-hour after-sales support for damaged goods or quality concerns.
