Founded in Hong Kong in 2015, Sinoway Packaging Group Limited started its journey as a professional bulk trader specializing in import and export of base paper and plastic substrates. With years of in-depth market cultivation, we have built extensive industry resources, a stable global supply chain network, and sharp market insight. To boost independent innovation capability and support long-term industrial upgrading, we established Shining New Materials Corporation a raw material and finished product R&D center in Shanghai in 2017. Focused on material research, product optimization and technical innovation, the R&D center has cultivated core technical capabilities and accumulated rich R&D experience, laying a solid technical and resource foundation for our subsequent strategic upgrade from international trading to intelligent manufacturing.

To empower industrial transformation and strengthen production capacity, we launched Dongguan Leili Packaging our first standardized manufacturing base in Guangdong in 2018. We have assembled a professional team of top industry technicians and senior management talents, continuously introduced world-class production equipments, and built standardized food-grade dust-free workshops.
Adhering to strict international production standards, we have obtained multiple authoritative global certifications such us FSC, GRS, BSCI, ISO9001, ISO22000, HAPPC, SGS, BRCGS. Our high-quality packaging products are widely exported to Europe, America and other mainstream overseas markets, ranking us among the leading manufacturers in the industry in terms of production capacity and technical strength.

Driven by steady business growth and strategic layout optimization, we further expanded our industrial footprint. In 2020, we established Shining Glitters Company a supporting production base in Yiwu to realize flexible production and efficient order delivery. In 2023, we launched Shining Papers Company in Shandong a raw material warehousing and processing base, completing a full industrial layout covering raw material storage, deep processing and standardized production.

Vision & Sustainable Commitment
At Sinoway Packaging, we regard environmental sustainability and low-carbon innovation as the core of our long-term corporate vision. Committed to driving the packaging industry’s green transformation, we continuously invest in R&D and technological upgrading to deliver eco-friendly, circular, and fully compliant packaging solutions for global clients. We actively advocate the “paper-for-plastic” initiative and develop a full range of recyclable compostable and biodegradable paper-plastic composite solutions, including kraft paper laminated with PLA and cellulose film. To maximize recyclability and reduce composite waste, we also optimize mono-material structures, adopting fully recyclable PE/EVOHPE and standalone mono-PP composite materials PP/VMPP/PP that simplify waste sorting and recycling processes.
We strictly control raw material sources to achieve low-carbon and eco-friendly production. Our base paper materials are sourced from FSC certificed 100% pure wood pulp, bamboo pulp, and recycled pulp, effectively reducing resource consumption and carbon footprint. In production, we adopt food-grade water-based inks that are acid, alkali and oil-resistant and solvent-free lamination technology, eliminating solvent residue and ensuring food safety while lowering environmental pollution. All our products have passed authoritative testing of Heavy Metals, Fluorine and PFAS and fully comply with the latest EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU 2025/40, PPWR), meeting the stringent recyclability, safety and low-carbon standards for the European market. Moving forward, we will continue to increase investment in carbon-reducing material research and green manufacturing innovation, practicing global environmental commitments, accelerating low-carbon iteration across the industrial chain, and contributing to a greener circular economy for the packaging industry.
