FAQ & Quality Solutions
Cannot tell front and back for MG tissue
MG has obvious gloss difference. Online visual inspection during slitting to mark glossy side. MF has identical finish on both sides.
Poor printing, ink mottling
MF: stable ink absorption on both sides. MG: print on glossy side for sharp graphics; pre-production printing test is required.
Paper tears easily during automatic wrapping
Adjust pulp formulation and tensile strength to match customer's request.
Color bleeding onto wrapped goods
Select color-fixed grade not dying grade. Moisture & compression anti-bleeding test before shipment.
Batch difference in gloss or shade
Fixed pulp and drying parameters, online color & gloss inspection for each roll.
Paper dust / fiber lint
Fiber refining and dust removal process to reduce loose fibers.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Jumbo tissue paper rolls packed with thick paper tube core, edge guards and waterproof film to avoid moisture absorption. Flat sheets packed with either hardboard interlayer or moisture-proof PE bags to prevent compression and surface abrasion. Store in dry, ventilated warehouse. High humidity will reduce tensile strength and cause color shift. Avoid heavy compression. Stack height ≤1.5m. Bulk export orders support 5-layer reinforced cartons and pallet packaging for long sea freight. Complete compliant certificates and test reports provided for import customs clearance. 24-hour after-sales support for packaging application and quality issues.
