Printing Quality & Visual Performance
Natural Base Tone
Yellow kraft has warm brown tone; white kraft offers neutral clean background; recycled kraft has natural fiber speckles. Color needs to be adjusted against base paper.
Graphic Performance
Solid color blocks, logos and large illustrations perform well by our flexographic printing machine. Tiny fine text requires pre-print testing on recycled kraft.
Available Finishes
Hot stamping, Embossing, Spot UV, Spot Glittering, Water-Based Varnishing, Glossy and Matte lamination optional upon request.
Batch Consistency
Recycled kraft has natural fiber variation, we will request base paper proof from you in advance before mass production.

Color Deviation Caused by Natural Paper Base
Provide physical paper swatch before printing. Color proof on actual kraft stock for confirmation before mass run.
Paper Tear During Folding & Wrapping
Select suitable grammage according to your wrapping purpose. Optimize folding angle; keep goods in constant humidity environment.
Hot Stamping/Embossing Imperfection on Recycled Kraft
Recycled paper has fiber speckles. Adjust pressure parameters and recommend larger pattern design for better effect.
Ink Rub-off
Use optimized ink formulation. Water-based over-coating is optional to improve surface rub resistance.
Size Tolerance & Uneven Cutting
Automatic slitter and sheeter equipment. Dimension sampling inspection for every batch.
Natural Fiber Speckles on Recycled Kraft
Speckles are inherent feature of recycled paper, not defects. We will confirm this feature with you before production.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Packed with 5-layer reinforced cartons and paper corner protectors to avoid compression damage. Store & transport in dry ventilated space. Keep away from rain, high humidity which may soften kraft paper. No violent dropping or dragging. Stack height ≤1.5m to prevent crushing. Bulk orders support pallet packing, suitable for sea & air long-distance export shipment. Supply compliant certificates for import customs clearance. Please inspect goods on arrival. 24-hour after-sales support for damage and quality issues.
