We are equipped with industrial-grade 1200mm full-automatic high-speed roll rewinding machines, specially designed for jumbo roll splitting and fixed-length small roll rewinding without slitting and cutting functions. This professional roll-to-roll rewinding equipment focuses on precise length counting, uniform tension winding and standardized large-to-small roll conversion for flexible films, wrapping paper rolls and wrapping film rolls. Adopting high-precision servo synchronous control, intelligent fixed-length positioning and full closed-loop tension system, it achieves consistent roll density, flat winding surface and accurate roll length. It perfectly matches our printing, laminating and finishing production lines, providing high-efficiency and high-stability roll converting solutions for standardized finished roll delivery. It can be applied with various sized paper cores or without core to meet different end markets’ needs.

Maximum Working Width
The machine supports a maximum effective rewinding width of 1200mm, compatible with all mainstream jumbo roll widths ranging from 300mm to 1200mm. It supports full-width integral rewinding without slitting, realizing one-to-one jumbo roll conversion and wide-format whole roll splitting. The 1200mm ultra-wide processing width is fully matched with our full-range 1200mm printing and laminating equipment, ensuring consistent production specifications and seamless front-back process connection.
Stable High-Speed Operation
Equipped with imported servo synchronous drive and stepless intelligent speed regulation system, the equipment maintains a stable continuous rewinding speed of 100–120m/min. The operating speed can be adjusted intelligently according to material thickness, softness and rewinding requirements. It features zero speed fluctuation during long-term high-speed operation, ensuring stable tension output and uniform winding tightness, with overall efficiency far exceeding traditional low-speed rewinding equipment.
Precise Fixed-Length Rewinding Control
This machine is a professional non-slitting rewinding device with no cutting function, focusing on accurate length segmentation and roll shaping. It supports custom fixed-length rewinding from 1m to 200m per small roll, fully covering short sample rolls, medium specification rolls and standard finished product rolls. Equipped with high-precision electronic length counting system, the length error is strictly controlled within ±0.001m, realizing accurate meter counting and standardized roll segmentation. The full closed-loop tension system ensures no stretching, no wrinkling and no loose rolls, with neat and flat finished roll appearance.
Daily Production Capacity
Supported by 3-shifts uninterrupted continuous rewinding operation and high-speed stable performance, our daily effective roll converting capacity reaches 100,000–120,000 rolls in 3 meters. For standard long roll fixed-length 3m-10m conversion orders, the daily output can stably exceed 100,000 rolls; for short-length 1–3m customized small roll batch conversion orders, the daily capacity remains above 120,000 rolls, providing strong and stable capacity support for mass finished roll sorting and standardized delivery.

Pure Rewinding Design, No Vertical Slitting & No Material Damage
Different from conventional slitting rewinding integrated machines, our equipment adopts an optimized pure rewinding structural design with no vertical cutting blade assembly. The whole process realizes integral whole-roll conversion with only horizontal slitting or trimming operation, completely avoiding edge burrs, incision damage and material tension deformation caused by vertical cutting cutting. It fully protects the integrity of printed patterns, coating layers and embossed textures on the material surface, zero damage to finished products, and maximizes product yield and appearance quality.
Accurate Fixed-Length Segmentation & Standardized Finished Rolls
Featuring high-precision intelligent meter counting and automatic roll changing system, the machine independently completes fixed-length positioning, automatic stopping, roll switching and continuous rewinding. Flexible length customization from 1m ultra-short gift wrapping paper/film rolls to 200m standard finished wrapping paper/film rolls is available, meeting diverse demands of end customer’s different usage needs. All finished rolls feature consistent length, various core diameters, uniform tightness and standard specifications, with or without paper core, shrink packing with label sticker per roll or easy tear strip with label sticker per roll and fully compliant with international finished roll delivery standards.
Wide Material Adaptability & Flexible Custom Conversion
The machine has ultra-wide material compatibility, suitable for integral rewinding and length segmentation of BOPP, PET, PE, CPP plastic films, uncoated paper, coated paper, kraft paper, metallic paper, aluminum foil composite films and biodegradable environmental protection materials. It supports flexible adjustment of roll core size, outer roll diameter and rewinding tension, freely adapting to various specifications of gift wrapping rolls, wrapping film rolls and decorative material rolls, with extremely high production flexibility.
Intelligent PLC Control & Stable Long-Term Operation
Adopting industrial PLC intelligent touch control system, one-key fixed-length parameter setting, automatic counting and fault alarm functions, the equipment realizes full-process unmanned intelligent operation. The thickened integral steel frame structure and high-precision synchronous transmission assembly ensure low vibration, low noise and low failure rate during long-term high-load operation. The finished product yield rate is stably maintained at 99.8% or higher, realizing high-efficiency and high-quality standardized batch conversion.
