Maximum Working Width
The machine features a maximum effective bronzing width of 1000mm, supporting full-width rolling hot stamping for various roll substrates. It adapts to material widths ranging from 300mm to 1000mm, enabling flexible switching between narrow-width label small-batch orders and wide-format packaging large-batch production. The ultra-wide working range covers mainstream packaging and decorative material specifications, realizing multi-column parallel stamping in one pass and significantly improving single-batch production efficiency.
Stable Production Speed
Equipped with high-precision servo synchronous transmission system, the equipment achieves stable continuous hot stamping speed of 40–60m/min. The speed can be steplessly adjusted according to pattern complexity, foil thickness and substrate characteristics. It maintains uniform pressure and constant temperature during high-speed operation, avoiding blurred edges, incomplete transfer or material deformation. Continuous non-stop rolling production eliminates intermittent stamping efficiency bottlenecks of traditional flatbed bronzing machines.
Precision & Temperature Control
Adopting intelligent constant-temperature heating system with precision thermal sensing module, the temperature range is adjustable from 50°C to 230°C, with temperature control accuracy within ±1°C. The uniform heating roller ensures consistent heat distribution across the full width. Matching high-precision tension calibration and positioning system, the pattern stamping accuracy is stabilized within ±0.1mm, capable of restoring ultra-fine lines, tiny text, gradient metallic patterns and full-page uniform bronzing effects without deviation or ghosting.
Daily Production Capacity
Supported by 3 shifts continuous rolling operation and high-speed stamping performance, our daily effective hot stamping capacity reaches 70,000–90,000 meters. For simple full-page bronzing and regular pattern orders, the daily output can stably reach over 90,000 meters; for high-precision fine-line, multi-position and partial bronzing customized orders, the daily capacity remains above 70,000 meters, ensuring stable mass delivery and flexible urgent order response.

The high-hardness seamless heating roller ensures full-width uniform pressure and heat transfer, delivering high metallic gloss, strong adhesion and flat stamping surface. No bubbles, wrinkles, pressure marks or partial fading occur after stamping. The bronzing layer fits tightly with the substrate, featuring excellent scratch resistance and friction resistance. It supports diverse metallic effects including gold, silver, red, blue and colorful holographic bronzing, meeting high-end product texture requirements.
Wide Material & Foil Compatibility
The equipment adapts to multiple roll substrates, including BOPP, PET, PE, CPP plastic films, coated paper, kraft paper, self-adhesive label rolls, aluminum foil composite materials and biodegradable packaging materials. It is compatible with various hot stamping foils such as ordinary gold/silver foil, holographic anti-counterfeiting foil, matte foil and local transfer foil. Widely applied in food packaging, paper packaging, cosmetic packaging, pharmaceutical labels, daily chemical packaging and decorative film industries, it covers diversified bronzing process demands.
Intelligent Foil Saving & Low Production Loss
Equipped with intelligent foil feeding stepping control and automatic material tension balance system, the machine dynamically adjusts foil feeding amount according to stamping patterns, improving hot stamping foil utilization rate up to 90%. Precise tension control effectively avoids substrate stretching, deformation and breakage. The overall production material loss rate is controlled within 0.8%, far lower than industry average, bringing prominent cost advantages for mass production.
Stable Operation & High Finished Product Yield
Built with thickened industrial steel frame and high-precision mechanical assembly, the machine features low vibration and strong operational stability, supporting long-term high-load continuous operation. The imported servo drive and intelligent temperature closed-loop system ensure consistent stamping effect in batch production. The finished product yield rate is stably maintained at 99.5% or higher, with uniform batch color and gloss, realizing standardized and high-quality mass output.
