Hot Stamping Tissue Paper is premium thin wrapping tissue paper with metallic hot stamping foil finish, based on MF or MG tissue base. Supplied in industrial jumbo rolls, small rolls and custom flat sheet, widely used for luxury gift box lining, cosmetic packaging, jewelry wrapping, high-end apparel & shoe wrap packaging, wine set packaging and seasonal gift decoration wrapping.
Base options:
MF tissue (double-sided uniform smooth) / MG tissue (single side glossy). Color-fixed base available to avoid dye migration.Available grammage:

Thermal transfer foil creates vivid, mirror metallic shine. Distinct premium visual effect compared with ordinary printed metallic ink. Matte metal and holographic foil options available.
Multiple Base Tissue Selection
MF tissue for uniform double-sided property; MG tissue delivers stronger contrast when hot stamping on glossy side. Color-fixed base prevents color bleeding for dark background tissue.
Ultra-Soft, Low Lint & Non-Scratching
Lightweight and silky texture. No hard particles, safe for direct contact with leather, fabric, metal and jewelry surface.
Good Foldability & Converting Performance
Balanced tensile strength, suitable for slitting, sheet cutting, folding and manual packing. Foil has strong adhesion, not easy to peel or rub off during folding.
Flexible Customization
Supplied in custom sheet size, roll width, foil pattern, foil color. Can combine gravure water-based printing and Spot UV in one design.

We use tissue-special metallic foil. Optimized hot stamping temperature, pressure and speed parameters. Foil abrasion test before shipment.
Foil pattern misalignment & registration error
Precision stamping die and tension control system. Online pattern inspection during production.
Paper tears during hot stamping and die-cutting
Optimize pulp formulation and tensile strength to resist heat and pressure during hot stamping process.
Color bleeding from base tissue
Select color-fixed tissue base. Moisture & compression anti-bleeding test for dark colours.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Jumbo hot stamping tissue paper rolls packed with thick paper tube core, edge guards and waterproof film, avoid moisture and friction damage to metallic foil. Flat sheets packed with hardboard interlayer + moisture-proof PE bag to prevent compression and foil scratching. Store in dry, ventilated warehouse. Avoid high humidity, heat and direct sunlight which may cause foil discoloration. Avoid heavy compression. Stack height ≤1.5m. Bulk export orders support 5 layer reinforced carton and pallet packaging for long sea freight. Complete compliant certificates provided for import customs clearance. 24-hour after-sales support for packaging application and quality issues.
