Product Overview
Silicone Coated Paper, also known as release paper, is a base paper coated with cured food-grade silicone layer on one side or double sides. Available in jumbo parent rolls, slitted small rolls and custom cut sheets. Widely used for baking, cake liner, candy wrapping, frozen food processing, non-stick food packaging, adhesive tape backing, composite film transfer and industrial release liner. The silicone coating provides stable low surface tension, achieving excellent non-stick, heat-resistant and oil-resistant performance. Different silicone coating weights and base paper options are available to match bakery, food processing and industrial release applications.

Excellent Non-Stick Release Performance
Cured silicone coating delivers stable release property. Dough, caramel, chocolate and sticky food can be peeled off cleanly without adhesion or residue, ideal for baking and sticky food production.

Withstands high oven temperature during baking. No melting, no silicone transfer, no toxic fumes under normal baking temperature, safe for oven, air fryer and steam baking scenarios.

FAQ & Quality Solutions
Food sticks to silicone paper and cannot peel off smoothly
Adjust silicone coating weight or switch to lighter release grade. Check curing degree of silicone coating; incomplete curing will cause sticky surface and transfer issue.
Silicone transfer onto food surface
Optimize silicone curing process and crosslinking parameters. Complete full curing and aging test before mass production to avoid migration.
Paper turns yellow or brittle after high-temperature baking
Upgrade high-temperature resistant base paper and silicone formula. Control baking temperature within product rated range to prevent thermal aging.
Unstable release force between batches
Precisely control silicone coating weight and curing oven temperature. Sample release force test for every batch to maintain consistency.
Paper tears easily under oil and heat
Select higher GSM base paper or glassine substrate, improve wet strength to resist tearing when contacting hot grease.

Improve primer adhesion between base paper and silicone layer. Perform friction test before bulk production to strengthen coating binding force.
Paper absorbs moisture and release performance drops during transit
Use moisture-proof inner packaging. Store in low humidity warehouse; moisture will damage silicone coating and affect release effect.

Jumbo paper rolls wrapped with waterproof film and fixed with edge guards on pallets to prevent moisture and extrusion damage. Finished cut sheets packed with sealed inner bags + reinforced corrugated cartons, separate packaging for single-sided / double-sided silicone paper. Store in dry, constant-temperature and ventilated warehouse; avoid high humidity and direct sunlight to prevent silicone aging and release force shift. Stack height ≤1.2m to prevent carton deformation and paper sheet crushing.
