Product Overview
Printed Paper Plates are disposable food serving plates with custom exterior patterns printed by food-grade water-based flexo or CMYK offset inks, made from food-grade paperboard with inner barrier coating. Supplied in printed paperboard blanks and finished stacked plates, widely used for weddings, birthday parties, banquets, hotel catering, cafes, takeaway services, corporate events and retail party packs.
Base paper options:
virgin wood pulp paperboard / bamboo paperboard.Barrier coating:
standard PE coating, optional PLA compostable coating.Available sizes:
5inch, 6inch, 7inch, 8inch, 9inch, 10inch, 12inch.Plate shapes:
round, square, heart, scalloped edge.Printing options:
flexo printing, full CMYK offset printing, custom logo, seasonal themes, cartoon and geometric patterns.Optional process:
embossing, hot foil stamping combined with printing. Custom plate diameter, rim design and outer carton packaging for private label. -

Apply surface varnish after printing. Optimize ink curing process and carry out abrasion test before mass production.

Upgrade to higher GSM paperboard or enhanced barrier coating; pre-production grease resistance test.
Plate bends easily with heavy food
Select thicker paperboard, optimize rim structure design to improve rigidity.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Printed paperboard rolls wrapped with waterproof film on pallets against moisture absorption and print damage. Finished printed paper plates packed into poly bags then corrugated master cartons, palletized for sea freight. Store in dry and ventilated warehouse; high humidity will weaken paper stiffness and cause print smudge. Stack height ≤1.2m to prevent carton deformation and plate crushing. Complete food contact test reports and compliance certificates ready for customs clearance. 24-hour after-sales support for product and packaging adjustment.
