  • Key Features & Benefits

    Velvet Soft Tactile Feeling

Electrostatic flocking forms dense fine fiber layer. Soft plush touch, greatly improves the premium sense of packaging.

    Rich Color Selection

Solid uniform flocking color. Available in black, dark blue, grey, burgundy, beige, white and custom colors.

    Strong Fiber Adhesion

Advanced electrostatic flocking technology to reduce fiber shedding. Suitable for die-cutting, mounting and box assembly processes.

    Excellent Rigid Box Mounting Performance

Good dimensional stability, compatible with grey board lamination. Less prone to warping after pasting.

    High-end Decorative Effect

Low reflection matte velvet surface, creates luxury, classy packaging atmosphere, ideal for high-value product packaging.

Standard lead time: 6–10 working days. Longer lead time required for new custom color development.

  • Printing & Finishing Quality Performance

    Uniform Flocking Layer

Even fiber density across the sheet, no bare spots or uneven fuzzy areas.

    Finishing Recommendation

Hot stamping and debossing achieve outstanding contrast effect. Conventional ink printing is not suitable for the fibrous surface.

    Die-cutting Performance

Clean cutting edge with minimal fiber loss when die-cut parameters are optimized.

    Batch Consistency

Fiber density and color are strictly controlled against approved physical samples.

  • Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Solution

Paper base is recyclable pulp substrate

Low-VOC adhesive for flocking layer, compliant with EU REACH & RoHS

Heavy-metal free formula, non-toxic and odorless

    Plastic-free base structure

Production scraps can be recycled subject to local recycling facilities

  • FAQ & Quality Solutions

    Fiber shedding / lint falling

High-performance electrostatic flocking + curing process. We conduct friction test before shipment to minimize fiber loss.

    Uneven flocking layer, bare spots

Online visual inspection during flocking production. Defective sections are removed before slitting.

Warping after mounting on grey board

Balance moisture content of flocked paper. Provide moisture-stabilized sheets for box lamination process.

    Poor hot stamping foil adhesion

Adjust stamping temperature, pressure and speed to suit velvet fibrous surface. Pre-production test is mandatory.

    Color difference between batches

Lock reference sample and Pantone standard. Color inspection for every production batch.

    Surface contamination & dust

Dust-controlled environment for finished flocked paper processing and packing.

  • Shipping & Logistics Recommendations

Jumbo flocked paper rolls protected by thick paper tube, edge guards and waterproof film to avoid friction and fiber damage. Flat sheets packed with hard board separator and moisture-proof wrapping to prevent compression and lint abrasion. Store in dry, constant humidity warehouse. Avoid high humidity which weakens fiber adhesive strength.
Avoid friction and scratch during handling. Stack height ≤1.0m. Bulk export orders support pallet packing for long-distance sea freight. Complete compliance certificates provided for customs clearance.
24-hour after-sales support for transit damage and quality issues.
