Product Overview
Stand Up Pouch is a flexible self-standing composite packaging pouch with independent bottom gusset structure, made of multi-layer food-grade composite film materials. Supplied in industrial composite film rolls and finished stand-up pouches, widely used for food snacks, nuts, dried fruits, powder supplements, pet food, daily chemicals, bath salts, cosmetic granules and retail display packaging. Featuring vertical self-standing capability, the pouch fits supermarket shelf display, automatic packaging lines and sealed long-term storage perfectly.

PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE, NY/AL/PE, matte/glossy/soft-touch composite film.Available thickness:

Self-Standing Gusset Bottom Structure
Independent folded bottom gusset enables the pouch to stand firmly on shelves without auxiliary support. Flat and neat display improves retail shelf appearance and brand presentation effect.
Multi-Layer High Barrier Protection
Professional multi-layer composite lamination effectively isolates oxygen, moisture, dust and odor. It greatly extends the shelf life of food, powder and chemical products, suitable for long-term sealed storage.

FAQ & Quality Solutions
Pouch cannot stand stably and tilts easily
Optimize bottom gusset folding technology and tension control. Adjust pouch body proportion to ensure uniform bearing and vertical stability after filling.
Zipper stuck, loose or poor sealing
Adopt high-quality matched zipper strip, optimize hot-press fitting parameters. Conduct repeated opening-closing and sealing tests before mass production.
Edge sealing cracks or leaks during extrusion
Match heat sealing temperature and pressure according to film structure. Strengthen corner sealing treatment to avoid stress cracking at edges.
Poor barrier effect causing product dampness
Upgrade high-barrier aluminum foil composite structure or increase film thickness. Customize formula according to product storage cycle and environmental humidity.
Printed ink scratches or fades
Adopt high-adhesion packaging ink and surface varnish protection. Complete full ink curing process to improve friction and aging resistance.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Composite film rolls wrapped with waterproof film and fixed with edge guards on pallets to prevent moisture absorption and extrusion damage. Finished stand up pouches packed flat with sealed inner bags + reinforced corrugated master cartons, palletized for long-distance sea freight. Store in dry, ventilated and constant-temperature warehouse; avoid high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight to prevent film aging and barrier attenuation. Stack height ≤1.2m to prevent carton deformation, pouch crease and zipper damage.
