Printed and Hot Foil Paper Napkins are luxury disposable serviettes combining water-based flexo printing and metallic hot foil stamping, converted from jumbo napkin parent rolls. Supplied in bulk parent rolls and finished folded napkins, widely used for weddings, banquets, high-end hotel catering, fine dining restaurants, birthday parties, corporate events and luxury gift packaging.

virgin wood pulp / bamboo pulp / mixed pulp / recycled pulp.Available ply:
1ply, 2ply, 3ply.Base colors:
white, natural beige, black and custom solid dyed base.Foil colour options:

Napkin tears easily during hot foil stamping
Adjust pulp formulation and machine parameters to avoid overheating and pressure damage to paper.

Shipping & Logistics Recommendations
Jumbo parent rolls wrapped with waterproof film on pallets against moisture. Finished printed & hot foil napkins packed in sealed inner bags then into master cartons, palletized for sea freight. Store in dry and ventilated warehouse; avoid high humidity and direct sunlight which may cause foil discoloration. Stack height ≤1.2m to prevent carton deformation and foil scratching. Complete sanitary test reports and food-contact certificates ready for customs clearance. 24-hour after-sales support for product and packaging adjustment.
