Product Overview
Side Gusset Pouch, also known as block bottom gusseted pouch, is a classic flexible composite packaging bag with expandable folded side gussets on both sides. Made of multi-layer food-grade composite film materials, supplied in industrial composite film rolls and finished side gusset pouches. The pouch expands to a neat brick-shaped three-dimensional structure after filling, widely used for coffee beans, tea leaves, nuts, grains, powder ingredients, pet food, daily chemical granules and bulk dry goods packaging. It features stable vertical standing, large capacity and full-sided printing display, ideal for supermarket shelf sales and long-term sealed storage.

Composite film rolls wrapped with waterproof film and fixed with edge guards on pallets to prevent moisture absorption and extrusion damage. Finished side gusset pouches packed flat with sealed inner bags + reinforced corrugated master cartons, palletized for long-distance sea freight. Store in dry, ventilated and constant-temperature warehouse; avoid high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight to prevent film aging and barrier attenuation. Stack height ≤1.2m to prevent carton deformation, gusset crease and edge sealing damage.
